Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Jerusalem, and only Israeli law will apply to these Terms and Conditions.<br \/><strong>Details of the Services Purchased<\/strong><br \/>A user wishing to purchase services through the Site will be required to provide personal details (\u201cpurchase details\u201d). The Company and\/or its operators, owners, managers, or anyone on their behalf are not responsible for any user errors when entering purchase details, including errors in selecting room type, date, number of beds, or any other service ordered. The Company shall not be liable if purchase details are not recorded in the system or for any technical or other issue preventing the user from purchasing services via the Site. Entering false purchase details is a criminal offense. The Company will take legal action, including seeking compensation, for any damages resulting from false information.<br \/><strong>Making a Reservation<\/strong><br \/>Please enter the details of a valid credit card owned by the user. Entering credit card details does not constitute payment for the order but serves as a guarantee for the company to ensure the user\u2019s fulfillment of the reservation. Payment for the reservation is made at the hotel during the stay, and not through the website.<br \/>Despite the above, by placing an order, the user authorizes the Company and\/or anyone on its behalf to use the credit card details for the purpose of charging the user if they violate reservation terms, owe the hotel or the company money for services, products, damages, or other charges for which they are liable by law. The Company and\/or related companies and\/or the Hotel, or anyone on their behalf, will use the credit card details in any case of charge for cancellation, reservation changes, or no-show for non-canceled bookings, according to the fee schedule below. The Company may also use the credit card details to cover any debt, charge, or damage owed by the user.<br \/>\u201cSpecial Requests\u201d: On the reservation form, the user may enter additional comments and requests for the hotel. The entry of such comments or requests does not obligate the Company or the Hotel to respond or fulfill them. Any response, if given, will be at the hotel\u2019s sole discretion.<br \/>The Company cannot and does not guarantee a specific room number or floor, including for security reasons.<br \/><strong>Order Confirmation<\/strong><br \/>After entering all order details and following the Site\u2019s requirements, the user will receive an official order confirmation indicating completion in the reservation system (\u201corder confirmation\u201d). Each order receives a serial number stored in the Company\u2019s order system for tracking and registration. The order confirmation also contains a summary of the booking details, total cost, cancellation policy, and other relevant information.<br \/>Information in the confirmation is a summary; the full reservation is always subject to these Terms &amp; Conditions, website instructions, and hotel policies. The confirmation will also be emailed to the user, if provided.<br \/>The user must print the booking confirmation and present it upon hotel arrival. Presenting the order confirmation to Hotel representatives is required for check-in, per the quoted conditions and prices.<br \/>A reservation is only considered complete once it is fully processed and confirmed on the site and by email, subject to the Site\u2019s and hotel\u2019s policies.<br \/>Regardless of the foregoing, the User acknowledges that the Company reserves the right to not approve or to cancel a reservation, even after approval, at its sole discretion. The purchaser will have no claim or demand against the Company in this regard.<br \/>For questions or changes, contact the reservation center at 02-6558811 or\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:reservations@skylinejlm.com\">reservations@skylinejlm.com<\/a>.<br \/>Placing an order through the reservation system is a binding procedure, equivalent in all respects to reserving rooms or services by any other manner, including by phone through the reservation center.<br \/>The reservation and right to the services based on the reservation are personal and may not be transferred to a third party. The user agrees not to allow unauthorized use of their reservation and to notify the company of any such occurrence.<br \/>All reservation details must be entered clearly and correctly. The Company and\/or Hotel are not responsible for data entry errors, the failure to record orders on the Site, user mistakes, or technical\/other problems preventing an order.<br \/>Placing an order through the Site is subject to approval from the credit card company relevant to the booking. If the credit card company refuses, the Company may reject the order and charge a cancellation fee as detailed below. Notification may (but is not guaranteed to) be sent to the cardholder. Arranging for authorization is the user\u2019s responsibility.<br \/><strong>Policy Regarding Cancellation or Modification of Reservations<\/strong><br \/>Cancellations must comply with Section 14c of the Consumer Protection Law of 1981. In addition, if a reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival, a one-night charge will apply. During Jewish holidays (Passover, Shavuot, Rosh Hashana, Sukkot) and between those dates, cancellations are permitted up to 14 days before arrival.<br \/>If a reservation is made and the guest does not arrive without cancellation notice, a one-night charge will apply, unless otherwise stated in a different price list.<br \/>The Company reserves the right to change its reservation and\/or cancellation policy at any time (including holidays). Notice will be given at the time of reservation.<br \/>A \u201creservation change\u201d means adding services to an existing reservation; reducing services, rooms, guests, or accommodation dates is considered a cancellation, subject to the above policies.<br \/>A change made up to 48 hours before arrival will not incur a fee. Changes less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a one-night charge. For holiday periods (Passover, Rosh Hashana, Sukkot, and 19.12 \u2013 1.1), no fee is charged if the change is made up to 7 days before arrival.<br \/>The Company is not obligated to accept a reservation change; approval depends on its discretion and ability to implement the requested change.<br \/><strong>Additional Terms<\/strong><br \/>The Company reserves the right to cancel or change order conditions or the published prices at any time. The User will have no claim or demand against the Company regarding this matter.<br \/>Prices listed on the website are in shekels and include VAT.<br \/>Hotel stay begins at 15:00 on the arrival day and continues until 11:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to additional fees.<br \/>Children and youth under 18 can only stay if accompanied by an adult over 21. Room reservations are for adults over 18 only.<br \/>A \u201cbaby\u201d is considered under 2 years old; a \u201cchild\u201d is 2\u201312 years old.<br \/>Number of rooms is limited, and booking is subject to availability.<br \/>The Company may decline reservations for specific dates, including arrival or departure on a specific day.<br \/><strong>Information and Pictures on the Website<\/strong><br \/>Information on the site includes both Company and third-party content. The Company is not responsible for content or nature of third-party information or advertisements on the Site. All images on the site are for illustration only. As they may display differently on various screens or printouts, variations may exist between the images and actual products.<br \/><strong>Links<\/strong><br \/>The Website contains links to other websites (\u201cLinked Sites\u201d) for user convenience. The Company is not responsible for the content of Linked Sites or sites linked from them.
